We went on a kayaking tour with Fauzan, it was amazing! He was really helpful and explained to us everything there is to know about the mangroves, and the living creatures around it !
We also learned a lot about Malaysia and itâs culture.

Really liked the tour, I think it was much more fun kayaking through the mangroves instead off going by boat. Fauzan was funny and told us a lot about the place and he also had some great stories.

So pleased to have taken this tour, it was a highlight of our trip to Langkawi. We were picked up on time from our hotel and our guide (?Fauzan) was engaging, entertaining and informative throughout the whole day - he turned the experience from a good one to an amazing one. The combination of the boat ride along the river, the stop at the Bat Cave, the Fish Farm and the kayaking, finished by a really nice lunch meant this tour was excellent value for money. There was stunning scenery, lots of wildlife, and kayaking through the mangroves feeling a million miles away from civilization. Don't hesitate to book this tour with FaunaFloraEco.

Kayaking in Langkawi Mangrove forest

If u you have time only to do one activity in Langkawi, the mangrove forest kayaking tour at Kilim Geopark will be the top choice. Fauzan and Sham are great guides and we felt safe doing the kayaking at the kilim river with them and we were well taken care of. They share with us much knowledge about the ecosystem and how nature balances itself and how human activities impacting the equilibrium and what remediation can be taken. We also learned about survival knowledge to live within the realm of mangrove forest

We enjoyed the trip a lot. They drove us from hotel to the boat point direclty. Then we took boat to the kayaking starting point and start our 3 hour kayaking. It is good to use Kayaking instead of boat as you can get very close to the Mangrove tree. Our tour guide Fouzan is very knowledgable about the Mangrove area and able to give good explanation. We saw many animals like crab, monkey, etc. We also get to see those eagles quite up close. Fouzan helped us take pictures and videos too. It is a not very physical demanding and health adults can surely handle. Lunch is included with fair food.

Very nice trip kayaking throught the mangroves! We saw beautiful views and our guide Fauzan took us to places that a speedboat couldn't go. It was much more peacful to kayak alone in the mangroves than take a boat. Fauzan was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was interesting to learn about the culture and animals here. We also had lunch in the fish farm and the food was great. We would highly recommend this kayaking tour!

It was definitely an experience to remember. Fazuan was friendly and engaging. Learnt a lot of new things on the kayak tour and manage to get to know each other too. Heâs passionate, observant and has loads of experience guiding us through the mangrove.
