Leisurely boat ride through Unesco Mangrove Swamp

Booked through Klook and our guide was Safwan. It’s rainy season in Langkawi in September but happily it didn’t rain the morning of our tour .
Tour started at 10.30 from Tanjung Rhu ferry and it was enjoyable one and a half hour boat ride through the mangrove swamp. Learnt interesting facts about the mangroves, different species and how they evolved to adapt to the sea water . Saw Brahmin kite eagles, flipper crabs, monkeys and went inside a bat cave . Brief stop at a lelong and I like that this is an eco tour conscious of conservation , no shopping stops and feeding of wild life.

Shafwan was an excellent guide and explained the cultural, scientific, and historical aspects of the flora and fauna around Langkawi in an enthusiastic and educational way. Would recommend 10/10

We had a very fun and relaxing learning experience. Our tour guide, Venosha, was excellent. She explains and answers all our questions in detail. She also advocates for wildlife conservation and welfare. Great experience!

We had a nice mangrove-trip at 10:30 with JungleWallaTours today. Our guide was Shafwan, a very gently guy who knows a lot about everything we saw from the boat. I csn tell, me and my girlfriend had a very nice trip today!

Shafwan was a wonderful guide. The company adheres to its mission of being eco-friendly, by not feeding the eagles. Instead we watched and eagle spotted from a respectable distance

I attended the geopark cruise of kilim geopark with a friend. Our english speaking guide, Venosha was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer our curious questions about the mangrove trees, rocks and creatures there. Our group size was 7, which was just nice and not too crowded like the other boats. We would highly recommend this tour and Venosha for your english kilim geopark tour.

Unbelievable! What a wonderful way to spend a day. The guide, Venosha, was the most informed guide I’ve ever had. Clearly knows everything about the area, history, geology and wildlife. And most importantly conservation.
